Project Overview
“The bungalow was demolished, and the generous plot allowed us to build two large detached properties complete with premium timber windows and doors,” Dave explains.
Specialising in high-quality, practical family homes, Dave’s experience in the window industry, spanning over 30 years, provided him with a clear benchmark for quality. Both properties feature elegant, simple Flush Casement windows with 36mm horizontal astragal bars, all finished in a sophisticated Grey-White. Crafted from engineered European Redwood, these windows combine strength with long-lasting durability.
Contemporary Entrance Doors
To complement the modern feel Dave wanted to create, both homes feature stylish contemporary Entrance doors finished in sleek Anthracite Grey, adding instant kerb appeal and a clean, modern edge.
Flush Casement Windows
Throughout the properties, Flush Casement windows in the shade of Oyster White bring a fresh, bright aesthetic. Bespoke-shaped fixed casements at the rear maximise natural light while maintaining the home’s contemporary design language.
Bi-Fold Doors
At the rear, stunning five-panel Bi-fold door sets measuring over 3 metres wide open living spaces to the gardens, flooding interiors with natural light and creating seamless indoor-outdoor flow, perfect for family living and entertaining.
