Project Overview
Led by renowned local developers Vaughan & Blyth, the project was driven by a vision to make the most of the building’s stunning riverside setting. Large feature windows and bespoke balcony doors were essential to the design, capturing uninterrupted views while enhancing the architecture and delivering a refined, modern living experience.
Located near Colchester with convenient rail links and scenic countryside surroundings, the apartments were highly sought after upon completion in late 2017, with four of the seven residences sold within just two weeks.
Sash Windows
To meet the developer’s desire for statement windows, elegant arched timber Sash windows from Mumford & Wood were installed throughout. Finished in a timeless ‘Signal White’, these windows flood each apartment with natural light and perfectly frame the river views beyond.
Bi-Fold Doors
In the main living areas, three-panel timber Bi-fold doors create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. These expansive openings maximise light and allow residents to enjoy uninterrupted views, enhancing the sense of space and luxury within each apartment.
Entrance Doors
Each apartment features premium Entrance doors from Mumford & Wood, including bespoke arched designs that add architectural interest and a welcoming focal point. These doors not only reflect the high specification of the development but also provide long-lasting performance and security.
