Project Overview

So far, the redevelopment includes three homes: a two-bedroom, a three-bedroom, and a spacious four-bedroom house.

With a strong emphasis on preserving the site's character, the developer has paid careful attention to specification, particularly when it comes to the windows and doors.

"The right choice of windows and doors is essential on a project like this," says Liz. "Timber, especially the range from Mumford & Wood, suits the setting perfectly. Some might opt for aluminium, but that would have clashed with the building's heritage and charm."

Further plans are in motion to secure permission to convert additional outbuildings on the site into homes, continuing the transformation of this rural plot into a unique collection of residences.

Large window openings were used throughout the scheme to maximise natural light and highlight key countryside views. Each product was carefully selected to enhance both the aesthetic and performance of the build.

Feature Entrance

A double-height combination of Entrance doors and Casement windows forms the dramatic focal point of the four-bedroom property, allowing light to pour into the hallway. The external Jet Black finish pairs beautifully with the internal Signal White, creating a contrast that doesn't overpower the space. 316 coastal-grade stainless steel hardware adds a refined, durable touch.

French Doors

Elegant French doors, colour-matched to the main entrance, open out to the surrounding fields and maximise the glazing area. The doors are finished with a 316 coastal-grade stainless steel 'Nitro' handle, combining timeless design with reliable performance.

Flush Casement Windows

A variety of Flush Casement windows have been used throughout all three homes in the development. These offer clean sightlines and enhance the framed views across the landscape. Internally, the Signal White finish provides a neutral base for interior styling, while satin chrome Teardrop handles add subtle sophistication.
