Project Overview
Designed with a high-end finish in mind, both properties now feature timber windows and doors from Mumford & Wood, selected for their exceptional craftsmanship and ability to enhance the render and brick façade.
The redevelopment was led by Richard Parry of RB Construction Services Ltd, a respected family-run building company with a strong reputation for delivering outstanding residential projects across the region.
“When we were exploring suppliers for windows and doors, we told our local merchant we needed products of the highest quality,” explains Richard. “They introduced us to Mumford & Wood, and we were instantly impressed.”
One of the homes has been developed as a long-term rental and is already successfully let, while the second property is now on the market. “We recently held an open day for the sale of the property, and the level of interest has been fantastic,” Richard adds. “We’re delighted with how everything has turned out.”
Following the success of this Beaconsfield development, RB Construction has already specified Mumford & Wood for their next residential project.
Flush Casement Windows
Throughout both homes, timber Flush Casement windows in ‘Signal White’ were installed to enhance the clean lines of the design. Finished with 18mm astragal glazing bars in a classic T-bar arrangement and Polished Chrome ironmongery, these windows provide a perfect balance of elegance, performance, and timeless appeal.
Entrance Doors
Each property features a distinctive Wardour-style Entrance door from Mumford & Wood, bringing individuality to the front elevations. One is finished in a soft ‘Pebble Grey’, while the other features a bold ‘Anthracite Grey’, both chosen to complement the surrounding materials and give each home a unique character.
