1. Where do you cover?
We supply across England and Wales. Please note that we do not currently operate in Scotland at this time.
2. What colour options do you offer?
We offer an extensive range of colour options thanks to the high-quality timber and finishes we use. You can choose from a wide variety of standard and bespoke RAL colours. Dual-colour options are also available, allowing you to have a different finish on the interior and exterior of your windows or doors.

4. Where can we see your product in situ?
We have two showrooms, located in Swindon - The National Self Build & Renovation Centre, and in London, at The Building Centre.

5. Do you offer hardware and ironmongery options?
Yes. We provide an extensive selection of premium hardware and ironmongery from trusted UK-based suppliers. Our suited ironmongery ranges are available in a variety of finishes to complement your chosen style.

6. What glazing options are available?
We offer a comprehensive range of glazing solutions tailored to your project's specific needs. Whether you require double glazing, acoustic glass, safety glass or specialised finishes, we’ll guide you through the available options to suit your requirements.
7. Do you provide on-site surveys?
Yes. We offer on-site surveys through our experienced team of surveyors. They will visit your project location to take comprehensive and accurate measurements and advise on product suitability.
8. Do your windows and doors come with a warranty?
Absolutely. All our timber windows and doors come with a comprehensive 10-year warranty, and our timber carries a 30-year guarantee for added peace of mind.
